Illegal HDC occupants in Greenvale arrested

The Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has reported that on Tuesday several people were arrested in Greenvale, La Horquetta for unlawfully entering and occupying HDC apartments.
"These individuals have been formally charged and (are) expected to appear before a Magistrate in accordance with the Trespass Act of Trinidad and Tobago," the HDC said in a statement Thursday.
The number of people arrested was not provided in the release.
