Jamaican, US law firms representing Dr Gabrielle Henry

Nearly one year after suffering life-changing injuries when she fell through an opening in the stage at the Miss Universe 2025 competition in Thailand, Miss Universe Jamaica 2025 Dr Gabrielle Henry is being represented by Jamaican law firm Ramsay & Partners and US firm Napoli Shkolnik in a lawsuit against the organisation.

Henry’s lawsuit against the Miss Universe Organization and its parent companies JKN Legacy Inc. and Legacy Holding Group USA was reportedly filed on Monday in the Delaware Superior Court.

The Kingston-based Ramsay and Partners is ranked by The Legal 500, and notes on its website that it acts for clients in high-stakes disputes and cross-border matters. The firm “regularly works alongside leading law firms such as Napoli Shkolnik”.
