Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has hinted at a grand opening of the spanking new ANR Robinson International Airport in time for Tobago Carnival.
In an interview with the Sunday Guardian last Thursday, Augustine said the buildout of the $1.2 billion airport continues but would not be completed by the first quarter of this year.
