A 19-year-old Penal labourer who was on bail for the kidnapping of a Venezuelan father and son was gunned down near his home on Sunday.

Isaiah Sorzano, also known as “Pablo”, was shot multiple times on a street near his home on Alvarado Avenue on Lowkie Trace.

Sorzano died almost instantly on the road where he fell under the gunfire. His relatives and neighbours, who went to him within minutes of the shooting, could do nothing but weep for him.
