An Integrity Commission investigation report into the finances of Cabinet Minister Dr Andrew Wheatley is expected to be tabled in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, according to a notice given to lawmakers at the sitting now under way.
The commission's indicative ruling from the director of corruption prosecution on the matter is also to be tabled.
Parliament's notice reads: "Integrity Commission's Investigation Report into concerns that Dr Andrew Wheatley, Member of Parliament, for the years 2010 to 2022, owns/acquired assets disproportionate to his lawful earnings, made false statements in his statutory declarations and failed to provide information requested from him by the Director of Information and Complaints, contrary to law, and its indicative ruling."
