Tobago teenager Raylon Taylor yesterday remained stranded in Abu Dhabi—the capital of the United Arab Emirates—after it was hit by Iranian missile attacks in retaliation for United States and Israeli strikes.
Taylor, 19, of Signal Hill, was invited to visit New York University Abu Dhabi for a weekend programme in recognition of his academic excellence.
In an interview with the Express yesterday, his mother Deltia George-Taylor said he was due to return home yesterday, but airport disruptions following bombings have left him unable to depart and confined to a hotel.
