Head of TTPS Tobago Division, Senior Superintendent Earl Elie, is reminding political leaders and supporters in Tobago that “there is life after elections” as police continue to work behind the scenes to ensure the island remains peaceful during the campaign season.
He told Guardian Media that while the police have not formally brought all leaders together, discussions with individual parties are ongoing.
“We have been in communication with them and gathering the information we need to help structure our duties and so forth,” he said.
