A 27-year-old man was shot and killed in Monte Grant, Tunapuna, in the early hours of Thursday.

Police reported that Kwami Huyjhew, of 48 A By-pass Road, Arima, was brought to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex around 11:51 p.m. by a man.

Huyjhew had sustained multiple gunshot wounds at Lovell Street, Monte Grant, and was pronounced dead on arrival.
