Po­lice are no clos­er to find­ing out the iden­ti­ty of a man found dead on a Scar­bor­ough beach two weeks ago or de­ter­min­ing how he died.

The de­com­pos­ing body of the man was dis­cov­ered around 2.15 pm along the shore­line near Cas­tries Street. Of­fi­cers on pa­trol spot­ted the man’s body among sea­weed and called for sup­port.

The man’s face was un­recog­nis­able, and of­fi­cers could not de­ter­mine his eth­nic­i­ty.
