On FriÂday, JusÂtice AvaÂson QuinÂlan-Williams upÂheld a juÂdiÂcial reÂview lawÂsuit brought by forÂmer Massy EnÂerÂgy EnÂgiÂneered SoÂluÂtions LimÂitÂed (MEES) plant fitÂter AlÂlanÂlane Ramkissoonâs widÂow Sarah against the minÂistry over its reÂfusal to disÂclose the reÂport comÂpiled by minÂistry ofÂfiÂcials.
In a stateÂment isÂsued yesÂterÂday, Young sought to exÂplain the deÂciÂsion which was made while he served as EnÂerÂgy MinÂisÂter beÂfore he was apÂpointÂed to briefly serve as prime minÂisÂter beÂfore the genÂerÂal elecÂtion in April.
