MONTEGO BAY, St James — A probe into a series of transactions, allegedly carried out without the account holder’s authorisation, has led to criminal charges against two people following an investigation into an NCB account.
Shavalee Henry and Kehinde Ogunsalu appeared in the St James Parish Court before Judge Kaysha Grant-Pryce on Wednesday charged with conspiracy to defraud, engaging in a transaction involving criminal property, and unlawfully making computer data available for the commission of an offence.
The case reportedly came to light on June 30 when the complainant examined his NCB account and discovered several transactions he said he had not authorised.
