Police are investiga­ting the death of a Penal surveyor who died days after he was struck by a vehicle driven by his girlfriend during an argument on Saturday.

Narindra Pariman, 41, also known as “Randy”, was pronounced dead at the Siparia District Health Facility on Monday.

A police report on the incident stated that around 10.20 p.m. on Saturday, officers of the Penal Police Station were contacted by the 29-year-old girlfriend of Pariman, who reported a disturbance at her apartment in Goodman Trace, Penal Rock Road.
