SeÂnior CounÂsel KeiÂth ScotÂland has reÂquestÂed alÂmost two weeks to reÂspond to alÂleÂgaÂtions that a leÂgal team he led on beÂhalf of the T&T ElecÂtricÂiÂty ComÂmisÂsion (T&TEC) misÂled a court in a lawÂsuit.
The isÂsue of the purÂportÂed misÂrepÂreÂsenÂtaÂtion was raised as a lawÂsuit brought by medÂical pracÂtiÂtionÂer Dr FaÂyard MoÂhammed against the comÂmisÂsion came up for hearÂing beÂfore JusÂtice Frank SeepÂerÂsad yesÂterÂday mornÂing.
