THE United National Congress (UNC) campaign manager for San Fernando East in the April 28 general election has called for the process of authorising ballots for special voters in that constituency to be redone, after claiming irregularities in the exercise on Monday.

Claims of improper process were made yesterday by Wendy Lewis, campaign manager for UNC candidate for San Fernando East John Michael Alibocus.

As a result, Oropouche East MP Dr Roodal Moonilal called for the removal of Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC) returning officer David Battoo.
