Bisnath vows to preserve moko jumbie tradition

'IT'S A real honour and privilege to be honoured by my country.'

So said moko jumbie custodian/ wood artist Junior 'Constructive Termite' Bisnath as he prepared for the Republic Day National Awards ceremony at Queen's Hall, St Ann's, yesterday.

He received the Hummingbird Medal (Bronze) for his contribution to culture and society.
