The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is partnering with 4-H Trinidad and Tobago to provide hydroponic systems to 45 schools during the 2026/2027 academic year at a cost of nearly $500,000.
National 4-H Council president Natasha Lee disclosed the initiative to Guardian Media following the first 4-H meeting for the new school term at the Ministry of Agriculture’s Demonstration Station in Rio Claro on Friday.
