A three-year initiative aimed at boosting computer literacy across Tobago has been launched, targeting 10,000 individuals.
Chief Executive Officer of Bismarck Technology and Learning Institution Limited, Carol Sarwansingh-Jadoonanan, presented the sponsorship in partnership with Natasha Second, founder of International Advocacy Against Child Abuse.
The initiative was unveiled at the 2026 conference held at the Beverly Oasis Suites in Tobago, under the theme “Restoration: Strengthening Communities, Building Hope.”
