The Barakah Grounds in Chaguanas could not be accessed yesterday after the gates were locked.
The latest development follows a public notice which circulated on social media yesterday in which the Foundation announced that its premises had been placed under lockdown until further notice.
The notice said the action was necessary to regain control of the premises and remove individuals who were allegedly placed there without proper authority.
