An 18-year-old man has been arrested by officers of the Port of Spain City Police, one month after he allegedly robbed someone at the Port of Spain Market.
The incident was reported at the Central Market on December 19. The suspect stole a $10,00 gold beera from a vendor and successfully evaded law enforcement. However, his luck ran out on Sunday, police said in a statement.
Officers were responding to another report of a larceny at the market.
