Prime Min­is­ter Kam­la Per­sad-Bisses­sar has re­fused to com­ment on an al­leged plot in­volv­ing three promi­nent busi­ness per­sons to mur­der her and oth­er mem­bers of her gov­ern­ment.

Asked by Guardian Me­dia to com­ment di­rect­ly on the con­tin­ued de­ten­tion of Blue Wa­ters own­er Do­minic Hadeed, his wife Genevieve and her ma­ter­nal aunt Star Sab­ga, as well as re­ports that she was di­rect­ly tar­get­ed, the Prime Min­is­ter de­clined to do so.

How­ev­er, in­ves­ti­ga­tors close to the probe have placed the Prime Min­is­ter at the cen­tre of the on­go­ing in­ves­ti­ga­tion sur­round­ing an al­leged plot to mur­der Gov­ern­ment of­fi­cials and desta­bilise the coun­try.
