Amid con­tin­ued pub­lic de­bate over the po­lice-in­volved shoot­ing in St Au­gus­tine that claimed the life of Rishi Sama­roo, Gue­var­ro says the of­fi­cers in­volved will not be sus­pend­ed as in­ves­ti­ga­tions con­tin­ue. He urged the pub­lic not to jump to con­clu­sions, not­ing that a video cir­cu­lat­ing on­line, which ap­pears to show Sama­roo with his hands raised out­side his car be­fore the shoot­ing, does not tell the full sto­ry.
