Just a few years ago, Stacy-Ann Wright lived an independent life and was able to provide for her family.
But life for the former Coronation Market vendor took a turn for the worst in 2023 when what she thought was a simple fall left her unable to walk and properly fend for herself. Unable to walk, the 48-year-old is in dire need of corrective surgery which comes at a steep cost of $7.8 million. She is reaching out to the public for assistance.
âI would like to get my life back on track. My babyfather used to help mi out but he died last October so now itâs really my sister who has been there to help mi out. My teenage daughter is there for me too, but I want to be back out there. Currently I donât even have a walker so I canât even go out and work like I used to,â she said.
