A teacher has been charged with indecent assault of a teenage girl.

Kerry Harvey Maxwell, 48, of No. 9 Pilllersdorf Development, St Michael, pleaded not guilty to committing the offence on March 23, 2026. He appeared in the District “D” Magistrates Court before Magistrate Deborah Beckles on September 7.

Prosecutor Constable Troy Tudor had no objections to bail, which the court granted in the sum of $15 000.
