Public officers across the Civil Service, Statutory Authorities and the Tobago House of Assembly are set to receive a 10 per cent salary increase following the signing of a new Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the Public Services Association (PSA) and the Chief Personnel Officer (CPO).
The agreement was finalised on Tuesday after what the PSA described as a “lengthy and challenging” negotiation process. In a statement, PSA president Felisha Thomas thanked officers for their “unwavering support, patience and steadfast commitment,” saying their sacrifice “has not been in vain.”
