ArrangeĀments beĀtween the UnitĀed NaĀtionĀal ConĀgress and the ConĀgress of the PeoĀple are beĀing fiĀnalised this week, UNC poĀlitĀiĀcal leader KamĀla PerĀsad-BissesĀsar said on MonĀday.
PerĀsad-BissesĀsar inĀdiĀcatĀed this when conĀtactĀed by Guardian MeĀdia about last SatĀurĀdayās comĀments by COP leader Prakash RaĀmadĀhar.
RaĀmadĀhar had said the COP could onĀly sucĀceed in its goal of imĀprovĀing T&T if it held seats in ParĀliaĀment and had reached out to the UNC to disĀcuss its deĀsire to conĀtest sevĀerĀal seats in the upĀcomĀing genĀerĀal elecĀtion. He said COP inĀtendĀed to ārun in many seatsā and had opened comĀmuĀniĀcaĀtion lines with UNC to beĀgin talks on how they could move forĀward.
