Minister of Finance and Fyzabad MP Davendranath Tancoo joined constituents on Wednesday evening for a celebration of prayer and culture, as the community embraced the spirit of Divali under the theme ‘Deep Jalaao’, meaning ‘Lighting the Lamps’.
