A for­mer es­tate con­sta­ble with the Air­ports Au­thor­i­ty has won his ap­peal over be­ing con­vict­ed of as­sault­ing and ob­struct­ing a po­lice of­fi­cer.

On Tues­day, two judges of the Court of Ap­peal up­held Cher­vol Lin­dow’s ap­peal and quashed his con­vic­tions.
