The Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service says 395 people detained under public detention orders (PDOs) during the state of emergency have been released following the execution of revocation orders.
The state of emergency ended yesterday.
In a statement issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Prisons, the service said 569 revocation orders had been executed as at September 17.
