Who called for our US visas to be revoked?

FORMER prime minister Dr Keith Rowley has appeared to suggest that the United States revoked the visas of both himself and former prime minister Stuart Young, as he challenged Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar to say which grounds for visa cancellation applied to them.

However, in an immediate response to questions from the Express yesterday, the Prime Minister dismissed Rowley’s allegations, saying: “I think the US State Department news release is self-explanatory.”
