(Kaieteur News) – There is a new career opportunity developing in Guyana that could revolutionise the public service. You can become a former Minister.

Traditionally, when somebody stopped being a Minister, the public assumed that was the end of the ministerial chapter. The person might return to Parliament, go into business, practice law, write a book, open a restaurant or spend several months explaining to everybody that the Cabinet reshuffle had absolutely nothing to do with performance.
