THE SUSPECT held in connection with the murder of National Maintenance, Training and Security Company Limited (MTS) employee Neisha Roberts was hospitalised after complaining to police about feeling unwell.
He was held last Wednesday after disembarking from the Galleons Passage in Trinidad, following the murder of Roberts in Mount Saint George, Tobago. Police have confirmed that the suspect, 41, from South Trinidad, requested medical attention after being arrested, and so he was hospitalised.
Roberts, 39, was stabbed to death last Wednesday at her Mount Saint George home, reportedly by a man she knew. An autopsy last Friday revealed she died from blunt force trauma and multiple stab wounds.
