The pub­lic may have to wait a bit longer to hear the find­ings of the in­ves­ti­ga­tion in­to Telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions Ser­vices of Trinidad and To­ba­go Lim­it­ed’s (TSTT) 2023 cy­ber­at­tack, as Pub­lic Util­i­ties Min­is­ter Mar­vin Gon­za­les says it’s still in the hands of lawyers.

How­ev­er, Gon­za­les yes­ter­day told Guardian Me­dia he’s ex­pect­ed to get an up­date on the long-await­ed re­port be­fore the end of the month, with­in the next 10 days to be ex­act.

Gon­za­les said, “The lawyers are still hav­ing their ex­changes on the re­port. I’m wait­ing on that process to be com­plet­ed. I’m ex­pect­ing to hear from the at­tor­neys in about 10 days.”
