MINISTER of Homeland Security Roger Alexander has disclosed that the 30 joint army-police posts will be bulletproof, fully equipped 'mini-police stations' which will be rolled out across the country within days.
Responding to questions from the Express yesterday, he said the initiative was not conceived on a whim, but had been in the planning stages for months.
He said the units have already been procured and will soon be stationed at locations along major highways and intersections across the country.
