Per­sad-Bisses­sar will de­liv­er Trinidad and To­ba­go’s na­tion­al state­ment on the open­ing day of the Gen­er­al De­bate of the 81st Ses­sion of the UN Gen­er­al As­sem­bly, which runs from to­day un­til Sat­ur­day be­fore con­clud­ing on Mon­day.
