TOBAGO-BORN artiste Oscar B (Oscar Benjamin), 57, remains in a stable and conscious condition at Sangre Grande Hospital.
However, medical officials say his heart rate must be brought down, and he has not yet begun to speak. He will also require therapy, according to his New York-based sister, Astrid Benjamin, who gave the Express an update on his condition.
Benjamin said she is also 'relieved' he was at the hospital when he suffered a stroke.
