ANSA McAL has thrown its support behind the 2025 Women in Leadership (WIL) Conference, hosted by the UWI Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, as part of its push to create more space for women in leadership.
The company was the official sponsor of the event’s networking and cocktail reception, held at the Mt Hope campus on July 8. The reception featured candid conversations and storytelling from women in leadership across the region, followed by a full day of virtual sessions on July 9.
The theme of this year’s WIL Conference—People, Culture and Performance: Strategies for Women in Power—focused on how women are reshaping leadership by leading with empathy, collaboration and purpose. The gathering attracted professionals from several industries and included appearances by President Christine Kangaloo and Works and Infrastructure Minister Jearlean John.
