On Mon­day night in the city of Cumaná, Gov­er­nor of Su­cre state Jo­han­na Car­ril­lo led a ral­ly that in­clud­ed mem­bers of Venezuela’s rul­ing So­cial­ist Par­ty (PSUV) and the coun­try’s mil­i­tary.
