Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar has slammed Caricom, describing the 21-country grouping as an unreliable partner that is deteriorating rapidly.
She said yesterday that Caricom could face implosion should issues go unaddressed.
Caricom must face the rot within itself with transparency and honesty, she said.
