Last ThursÂday, Lords David Lloyd-Jones and David Richards, and LaÂdy Vivien Rose reÂfused the OfÂfice of the AtÂtorÂney GenÂerÂal perÂmisÂsion to purÂsue a fiÂnal apÂpeal over a judge’s deÂciÂsion to overÂturn a deÂfault judgÂment she grantÂed the men in 2021.
