Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley will travel to Barbados today to attend what is expected to be his final meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) as Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago.
CARICOM Heads of Government will meet in Barbados from February 19–21, for their 48th Regular Meeting.
In December, when Rowley announced his intention to retire this year, he stated that he wanted to attend the meeting to hand over his responsibilities and complete matters involving several CARICOM sub-committees, which he chairs.
