A Tobago family was on Monday granted permission by the court to use a strip of land belonging to a neighbour to access to their property.
Justice Frank Seepersad noted that, given the island’s topography, access routes are limited, but, while there is a sense of cooperation and neighbourly goodwill in Tobago, such was not the case in this matter.
Four members of the London family of Roxborough, brought action against Peaches Douglas as they sought access to their premises, through a 2.5 metre wide and 56 feet long strip of land.
