JDSF rallying support for Down syndrome community

THE Jamaica Downâs Syndrome Foundation (JDSF) is inviting Jamaicans to come together in celebration, support and advocacy at the upcoming Bredrin 2K Walk, under the theme âStronger Together Against Lonelinessâ.
The event, organised by the JDSF will take place on Sunday, October 18, at the Shell Bandstand, Hope Gardens, with check-in beginning at 7:00 am and the walk starting at 8:00 am.
JDSF Chairperson Dennise Williams said the event is much more than a walk â it is an opportunity to raise awareness about Down syndrome.
