An 18-year-old man was injured in a stabbing incident during Carnival activities in Roxborough on Monday night.
Police reported that around 11:30 p.m., officers from the Roxborough Police Station responded to a wounding at Windward Road near the Roxborough Gas Station. Upon arrival, they found the victim of Mt. St. George lying between two vehicles with blood running down his forehead and onto his jersey.
The 18-year-old told police that around 11:20 p.m., he was attending Carnival festivities in the area when he saw a man slapping his cousin for gyrating on the man’s girlfriend.
