The Dragon breathes fire no more.
Trinidad and Tobago has had its Special Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) licences revoked by the Donald Trump administration.
The OFAC licences, which provided an exemption from US sanctions against Venezuela, would have facilitated the importation of gas from Venezuela to T&T for processing from the Dragon and Manakin-Cocuina gas fields.
