THE Government is broke. It has run out of funds. And the banks don’t want to lend it money.
So claimed former finance minister Colm Imbert as he addressed a PNM public meeting in Morvant on Tuesday night.
“You know why they haven’t hired any new CEPEP contractors?....Is money. They have no money. The Government is broke,” he said.
