The Ministry of the People, Social Development and Family Services (MPSDFS) is deepening its partnership with the Office of the Ombudsman of Trinidad and Tobago, as part of efforts to ensure the timely resolution of referred matters and improve the quality of social service delivery across the country.
Minister of the People, Social Development and Family Services, the Honourable Vandana Mohit, led a team of key Ministry officials in a strategic meeting with Ombudsman of Trinidad and Tobago Mrs. Jacqueline Sampson Miguel and her senior technical team. The meeting focused on reviewing outstanding complaints, assessing current progress, and establishing actionable steps to expedite resolutions.
Minister Mohit engaged directly with the Ombudsman on pending matters, using the meeting as an opportunity to explore avenues for greater collaboration between the two institutions.
