He inÂvitÂed them to atÂtend a reÂquiem mass for the late ponÂtiff at the MiÂnor BasilÂiÂca (CatheÂdral) of the ImÂmacÂuÂlate ConÂcepÂtion on FriÂday at 10 am.
Due to medÂical comÂmitÂments, FaÂther Pereira will be unÂable to atÂtend the speÂcial serÂvice at which ArchÂbishÂop Charles JaÂson GorÂdon will ofÂfiÂciÂate. FaÂther Pereira said the elecÂtion canÂdiÂdates can learn from the Pope’s life.
