For­eign in­flu­ences are slow­ly erod­ing and cor­rupt­ing T&T’s cul­tur­al foun­da­tions. This con­cern was high­light­ed by Pun­dit Kuldeep Gan­ga Per­sad, ex­ec­u­tive mem­ber of the Na­tion­al Coun­cil of In­di­an Cul­ture (NCIC), as it re­cent­ly con­clud­ed 38 Ra­mayan cel­e­bra­tions.
