Minister of Legal Affairs Saddam Hosein yesterday described as “sheer incompetence or mismanagement” the fact that 18 State companies were operating in breach of the law by not filing their annual returns with the Companies’ Registry.

Hosein shared the names of the State companies in breach of the law at yesterday’s post-Cabinet news conference at the Red House in Port of Spain.
