Two men accused of murder and other serious offences are expected to have trial dates set later this year when their case returns to the Supreme Court.
Akinola Cumberbatch and Dontai Harding are accused of slaying Tamesh Ramdas, using a firearm without a valid licence to do so, and unlawfully and maliciously engaging in conduct which placed Keamo Hurdle, Chad Haynes, Davion Haynes, Daniel Odle and Thierry Lynch in danger of death or serious bodily harm on April 9, 2021.
The two men appeared in the No. 3 Supreme Court before Justice Carlisle Greaves on Wednesday and the case was adjourned until September 14, when dates are expected to be scheduled for their case to be heard.
